A journey of identity, healing, alignment, and inner empowerment. This immersive 10-week series is designed to help you peel back old layers, release inherited patterns, and step boldly into the most aligned version of yourself. Each week builds on the last, guiding you through deep inner work, embodied practice, and powerful self-discovery.

Week 1 January 10th — IDENTITY: Who Are You, Really? We begin by exploring the foundation: your sense of self. So much of identity is shaped by old stories, expectations, and inherited conditioning. This session helps you uncover who you truly are beneath the labels. You will: Understand inherited vs. chosen identity Recognize roles, beliefs, and expectations that keep you stuck Release identities that no longer serve Redefine yourself from the inside out Begin creating a clear vision for who you are becoming

Week 2 January 24th— GRATITUDE: The Power of Shifting Perspective Gratitude is more than a practice—it’s a biological and energetic reset. This session shows how gratitude literally changes the brain, the nervous system, and your overall frequency. You will: Learn why gratitude rewires the nervous system Explore daily gratitude practices that actually stick Discover how to feel grateful for future desires Experience a guided heart coherence meditation

Week 3 February 7th — HEALTH: Clearing Mental and Emotional Clutter True health begins with the mind and emotional landscape. This week highlights how thoughts, media consumption, relationships, and environment shape your physical and emotional well-being. You will: Understand how thoughts and emotions impact the body Explore how environment and relationships affect wellness Learn practices to clear mental and emotional clutter Begin a gentle 7-day dopamine detox

Week 4 February 24th — MONEY: Rewriting Your Wealth Story Money is deeply emotional, generational, and energetic. This session helps you uncover limiting beliefs around money and rewrite your story to one of flow and possibility. You will: Explore common money beliefs and how they’re formed Learn how emotions around money block abundance Shift from scarcity to possibility Begin building an empowered, supportive relationship with money

Week 5 March 7th — PURPOSE: Living a Life That Feels Aligned Purpose is not something you find—it’s something you connect with. This week reconnects you with your inner compass and helps you clarify the themes that give your life meaning. You will: Learn the difference between passion and purpose Discover how to notice inner guidance over outside pressure Identify your core values as anchors Create a simple next step toward living more aligned

Week 6 March 21st— LOVE: Opening to Giving and Receiving This session expands your understanding of love beyond romance—into self-love, compassion, and heart-centered connection. You will: Understand self-love vs. self-sacrifice Practice softening defenses and receiving love fully Let go of outdated patterns in how you give love Begin cultivating unconditional love from within

Week 7 April 4th — COMMUNICATION: Speaking and Being Heard Communication shapes every relationship—including the one you have with yourself. This week strengthens your ability to express yourself clearly and listen deeply. You will: Explore verbal vs. nonverbal communication Learn tools to express yourself without losing connection Understand how to feel heard even when others disagree Practice simple, effective communication frameworks

Week 8 April 18th— RELATIONSHIPS: Healing the Way We Connect Relationships mirror our inner world. This session helps you understand your patterns, break old cycles, and build healthier, more conscious connections. You will: Learn why certain relationship dynamics repeat Recognize projection and emotional triggers Build healthier boundaries without guilt Approach relationships as opportunities for growth

Week 9 May 2nd — GENERATIONAL HEALING: Breaking the Cycle Many of the patterns we struggle with aren’t truly ours—they’re inherited. This week helps you identify generational wounds and begin releasing what doesn’t belong to you. You will: Notice how generational trauma appears in daily life Understand how family patterns are stored in the subconscious Practice releasing inherited emotional blocks Step into creating a new, empowered legacy

Week 10 May 16th — INNER AUTHORITY: Trusting Yourself Fully Our final week integrates everything you’ve learned. You’ll reconnect with your inner authority, strengthen self-trust, and leave with tools to carry this transformation forward. You will: Learn how to stop outsourcing your power Strengthen intuition and embodied decision-making Explore the role of the body in clarity and truth Close with a guided reflection + group sharing circle
