STUDIO POLICIES & ETIQUETTE
Effective March 1, 2017 ~ Edited January 1, 2025
Timeliness
Please arrive 5-15 minutes before class and stay for the remainder for the class so you can enjoy your whole experience at Now & Zen Yoga & Pilates Studio, LLC. If you are late, practice mindfulness. Please remove shoes outside and enter the room as quietly as possible so you do not disturb the other students and the teacher in class. It is disrespectful to slam the door or to snap release your mat. Instead, please close the door without any sound and unroll your mat very slowly and quietly. It is important to complete the whole yoga class for your well-being, commitment to your practice, and respect for the teacher and community.
Sign In Policy
Please sign in to any class, workshop or event you plan on attending. Now & Zen Studio is a smaller, more intimate space which allows the teacher to give more individual instruction but it also means the space can fill up quickly. Donation based classes are set up online in order for you to sign up without payment. If you sign up and are unable to attend please cancel within 24 hours of class start time in order to not be charged a $10 no show fee.
