Join us for a hands-on American Heart CPR/First Aid/AED Training Workshop designed to give you the confidence and skills to respond effectively in an emergency. Whether you're a parent, teacher, coworker, or simply someone who wants to be prepared, this training will empower you to act when every second counts.

Led by certified instructor, Dave Slemp, this interactive session covers:

• CPR techniques

• How to assist choking victims (adults, children, and infants)

• Proper use of an Automated External Defibrillator (AED)

• Emergency response tips

No prior experience is necessary, and all equipment will be provided. Participants will receive a certificate of completion at the end of the training.
