Participate in a circle where we collectively select a random topic, allowing each person dedicated time to express themselves without receiving responses, advice, or engaging in crosstalk. Embrace your authentic self, share your thoughts, and feel seen and heard.

What to bring:

• a journal

• any items for the altar (such as plants, crystals, candles, symbols representing what you wish to release or attract)

• a mug
