Now & Zen Studio is honored to partner with Salt + Moms Social to host a Mommy & Me Beach Yoga gathering designed to foster connection, support, and community among local mothers.

When: January 13th at 10:00 AM

Where: St. Augustine Pier

This gentle beachside class invites mothers and their little ones to come together for mindful movement, fresh ocean air, and shared presence. Led by Elorah, owner of Now & Zen Studio and a new mother, the class is intentionally created to meet moms where they are—offering space to move, breathe, and connect alongside others in a similar season of life.

This experience is best suited for mothers with babies ages 0–2, though all are welcome. Baby-wearing is encouraged, and participants are asked to bring a large blanket or sheet for their baby, along with water and sun protection.

The class is donation-based and open to all. Registration is encouraged to help us build a welcoming and supportive gathering.
