On the eve of Winter Solstice, join us as we move into a new season. The Yin practice will include slow and grounding poses to prepare you for Yoga Nidra. Yoga Nidra, also referred to as a “yogic sleep”, is a sacred and beautiful yoga practice that uses guided relaxation and meditation cues to help you access the present moment while easing the stressors of the body, mind, and senses. All levels welcome!
